Cancellation Policy
Session Details
- Session duration depends on the therapy and is payable in advance. An invoice is issued if required.
- Sessions can be held online (hypnotherapy) or face-to-face, as agreed during the consultation.
Cancellations and Refunds
- To cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 3 days’ notice is required. This allows me to offer the spot to another client.
- If at least 3 days’ notice is given, the full amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
Follow-Up Sessions
- Follow-up sessions must be booked in advance.
- I may also be available for a complimentary 15-minute catch-up, which can be arranged as needed.

- All information shared during our sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone, except where legally required for safeguarding purposes.
