Through the ancient guidance of plant teachers, we soften, open, and remember what it means to be seen by nature — to let Gaia herself restructure the waters of our being.

This is more than a retreat.
It is a practice of reciprocity with Earth.
Through ceremony, sound, movement, and stillness, we allow the plant teachers — Rose, Cacao, and others — to open us. Not so they can heal us, but so we may become tender enough to be met by Gaia herself.
We go outside, vulnerable and available, letting the trees, the clouds, the stars, and the rain see us. In that gaze, something shifts: the water in our bodies remembers. Priorities realign. Self-worth is restored.
To enter these immersions is to return to our true lineage — human beings as conduits for Earth’s intelligence, walking in partnership with her.

Plant Teachers
Across time and culture, plants have guided humans into deeper relationship with Earth. They soften our edges, awaken our senses, and remind us that we are not separate, but kin.
Each immersion is an encounter with a different teacher — Rose, Cacao, and others to come — each opening a unique pathway into reciprocity with Gaia.
Rose

Friday 10th October, 10:30am – 2pm
She spirals open as a map back to the heart.
Her fragrance soothes grief and her thorns remind us that tenderness is best kept with truth. Rose invites us to embody beauty and strength as lovers entwined — and to let ourselves be seen in both.
Cacao

Date to be confirmed – Friday mid November, 10:30am – 2pm
Her warmth carries the compassion of Earth. Bitter and sweet in one mouthful, she opens the pathways between what we feel and what we allow ourselves to share. Cacao teaches that vulnerability is not weakness but a bridge into deeper connection with ourselves, each other, and Gaia.
And Beyond…
Each immersion welcomes a different plant teacher — each with its own medicine, its own way of guiding us into Earth’s embrace. In time, more allies will join this circle, each deepening the remembering of who we are when we walk in reciprocity.

The Flow of Our Days
A Sacred Invitation into the Day
Our time together is a weaving — a circle of moments, each one designed to open you gently to the truth and beauty already living in your heart.
The plants will be our guides, carrying us through ceremony, movement, creativity, and rest. Some parts will feel like returning home. Others will feel like stepping into a temple you’ve never entered, yet somehow know.
You will be held in community, nourished in body and spirit, and invited to honour what is most sacred in you.

Day’s Flow
Opening & Grounding
We arrive in our bodies, release tension, and drop into deeper listening.
Ceremony with Plant Teacher
We drink in their presence, attuning our bodies and hearts to the frequency of openness and compassion.
Encounter with Nature
We step outside and allow ourselves to be seen — by tree, stone, river, cloud, or star. In this gaze, Earth herself begins to reshape the waters of our being.
Expression & Witnessing
Through voice, movement, or colour, we allow what arises to take form. No explanation, no justification — simply expression, received by the circle.
Sound Bath & Deep Rest
We are held in vibration, letting all that has moved within us settle into harmony.
Closing Circle
We return to the world steady, softened, and re-oriented — carrying Earth’s gaze within us.

This is for you if…
…you ache to be met in the truth of who you are, to have your heart recognised without question.
…you long for a space where you can exhale — where safety and warmth wrap around you.
…you are ready to return to the steady pulse of your centre, and live from the heart that has been waiting beneath the noise.
…you wish to let what’s inside you spill into colour, sound, or movement — simply because it’s yours to offer.

About the Facilitator
I first met the Cacao goddess during a Peyote ceremony in Dartmoor — brown skin, wide smile, and eyes that saw straight through me. She spoke of my heart and my choices, and I listened. That meeting began a long apprenticeship with cacao and other teachers, learning to walk as a bridge between plants, people, and Earth.
The Rose came later, spiralling her way into my body as both boundary and beauty, tenderness and truth. She has been my reminder that softness is power when protected by truth.
For over seventeen years, I have walked alongside those seeking reconnection — through sound, movement, hypnotherapy, and ceremony. Again and again I have seen that true transformation happens when we feel safe enough to open, and loved enough to stay open.
These immersions are my offering to Gaia, and to you: spaces to reclaim our true lineage of love, reciprocity, and reverence.

Your place is here — in the circle, with the plants, with Gaia herself.
Come. Be seen. Be received. Become her conduit.
