How does it work?
• Your tissues vibrate locally. The sound pressure changes the mechanical tension in fascia, diaphragm, pelvic floor, throat, cranial sutures—wherever I place a bowl or aim my voice.
• Your vagus nerve responds. Human voice, especially low tones, activates vagal pathways through the ear, chest cavity, and gut.
• The emotional guard drops. A human voice at close range is evolutionarily coded as “safe caregiver”. When we tone with attunement, with the aid of harmonic tone, the system opens emotional material for healing and release.
• You enter limbic resonance. Your brainstem and limbic structures sync to balanced frequencies. This is why you might cry, feel “melting”, or enter trance.
• Old patterns release.. The combination of vibration + relational safety lets implicit memories and held contractions loosen.

With the first tone of the voice or a gentle vibration from a bowl or tuning fork, we shift from everyday awareness into a therapeutic space where your system can soften and open. - Descent Into the Body — Reconnection
Sound is directed to the diaphragm, belly, or pelvis to release holding patterns and help reconnect you with your deeper felt sense. This is where the body begins to speak and unwind. - Release Phase — Emotional & Somatic Softening
Tears, warmth, shaking, or deep sighs may arise as old tension, emotion, or protective layers melt. Voice and vibration meet the places that hold your story, allowing safe release. - Reorganisation — Integration
