A sanctuary for pregnant mamas to remember the rhythm of their womb and the starlight of their child.
Saturday 11th October, 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM
A Womb Within the Womb.
A monthly gathering.
A temple of breath, sound, and quiet knowing —
a space where you and your baby are remembered, honoured, and welcomed.
This monthly retreat is for mamas who feel that pregnancy is not just a stage. It is a threshold. A spiral.
Here, we soften the edges of modern life and step into sacred rhythm.

What to Expect
Each month, we gather in community to rest, reconnect, and listen.
Your body becomes the tuning fork. Your breath becomes the song.
Together we explore:
- Breath & Arrival Ritual — Grounding into spiral time, opening the heart and womb to presence.
- Sound Bath & Mantra — Live tones to soothe your nervous system and awaken deep connection, the unborn baby listens not with ears, but with frequency.
- The Architect of Welcome: A Living Ritual — a co-created, intuitive process, we follow what arises: movement, tears, dreams, silence, touch, sacred geometry, belly mapping, and creativity may emerge — or something entirely unexpected
- Yoga Nidra for Wild Wisdom – guided rest inspired by the wisdom of animals and the body’s own knowing, oxytocin flows. Trust deepens.
- Sharing Circle & Nourishment — tea and lunch provided, a space to be seen, heard, and held — without needing to perform or explain.

This isn’t prenatal care. It’s prenatal remembrance.

About Your Guide

Hi, I’m Aya.
I’m not a doula or midwife. I don’t teach about labour stages or birth plans.
I hold space for something more subtle — but no less vital:
Frequency. Rhythm. Remembrance.
Through sound, stillness, and sacred listening, I guide women to tune inward and discover the wild wisdom already blooming inside them.
A Note for Your Baby
This space is not just for you.
It’s for your baby too.
A temple of tones.
A rhythm of rest.
A place where they are first received in love.
