Aya Zebrowska

I’m Aya — a therapist, sound healer, hypnotherapist (RTT), and space holder.

My work sits at the meeting point of psychology, nervous-system regulation, sound, and embodied spiritual practice.

I work with women who are outwardly capable but inwardly tired — women who have insight, awareness, and resilience, yet feel something in the body hasn’t fully moved on.

My training and orientation

My work has been shaped over many years, across psychology, somatic practice, sound, and depth-oriented approaches.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Regeneration (2004), which grounded my understanding of systems, trauma, and how individuals are shaped by their environments.

From there, my path moved into therapeutic and embodied work, including Process-Oriented Psychology and dreamwork, where I learned to listen beneath words — to symptoms, sensations, and symbolic language.

Between 2004–2008, I trained in somatic approaches, deepening my understanding of how the nervous system holds experience beyond conscious awareness.

In 2015, I certified in Sound Healing, and over the following years integrated intuitive and shamanic practices — always held alongside psychological awareness and respect for pacing and consent.

I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT / hypnotherapy), which informs my more focused subconscious work when it is appropriate.

I am currently training in Art Psychotherapy, with an expected completion in 2028, continuing my commitment to ethical, embodied, and integrative practice.

Rather than applying techniques, I respond to the person in front of me — allowing these strands to inform the work quietly, without hierarchy.

Philosophy

I don’t believe healing happens because someone “does it right”.

I believe it happens when the nervous system finally feels safe enough to stop holding.

This is why my work is slow, relational, and consent-based.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is extracted.

The body leads.
I follow.

I’m also a mother, a woman who has lived through loss, complexity, and rebuilding.

This informs my work — not as a story I bring into the room, but as a depth of understanding that allows me to meet others without judgement or urgency.

If you’re looking for a space where you don’t have to perform wellness,
where strength can soften,
and where healing unfolds at a pace your body can trust —

You’re welcome here.
