How I Work
My approach is trauma-informed, nervous-system-led and deeply relational.
We work with what the body is holding, not just what the mind understands.
I weave together:
- Somatic & attachment-based psychotherapy
- Inner-child and relational pattern work
- Subconscious re-patterning (hypnotherapy-informed)
- Sound, voice & vibration for nervous-system regulation
- Womb-centred somatic release when appropriate
This is not about “fixing” you.
It’s about helping your system feel safe enough to release what it no longer needs to hold.

What Our Sessions Are Like
Sessions are slow, attuned and deeply grounded. We begin by orienting your nervous system toward safety. From there, the work unfolds through:
- relational dialogue
- body-based awareness
- guided inner work
- sound and vibration when your system is ready
Emotions may surface. So may relief, warmth, release, clarity or stillness.
Everything happens at the pace your system can genuinely integrate.
This is not cathartic “push-through” work.
It is regulation first, release second, integration always.

Session Details
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Format: In-person (South Wales) & online
- Investment: £55
- Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly is recommended for continuity
Most clients choose to work over a number of 6-9 sessions to allow real shift and integration.

This work is trauma-informed, but it is not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or emergency care.
I do not work alone with:
- active psychosis
- acute suicidal crisis
- unmanaged bipolar disorder
- severe dissociative disorders without medical support
If you are in immediate danger, you deserve urgent medical care and support.
Your safety — physical, emotional and psychological — comes first.
